仮想通貨のボラティリティの上下が大きくなったことを踏まえまして、トークンの販売を２月下旬と変更致しました。
それに伴いまして、トークンの配布を販売と同時のタイミングに調整することとなりました。
また、ホテル建築事業についても見直しを行いホテルではなくマリーナ等への事業の変更を検討しています。

パラオ政府による VASP ライセンスの正式な申請窓口は、現時点でまだ運用が開始されておりません。このため、PSD が提出したライセンス申請は保留状態にあり、計画していた ICO は開始できていない状況です。現在、VASPのライセンス取得待ちの状態です。

Considering the recent increase in cryptocurrency volatility, we have decided to move the token sale to late February.
Additionally, we have adjusted the token distribution schedule to coincide with the token sale.
Regarding our hotel construction project, we are reviewing the plan and considering shifting the business focus from a hotel to a marina or other related facilities.

Despite PSD’s readiness to launch, the Government of Palau has not yet activated the formal application portal for VASP licenses. As a result, PSD’s license request remains pending, and the company is presently unable to commence its planned ICO.
